Hero Arts Spring 2023 Catalog Release

Hero Arts Spring 2023 Catalog Release

Hello friends!! The Hero Arts Spring 2023 Catalog is now available! We celebrating the new catalog and all the new amazing products we a blog hop and GIVEAWAY! I have a bunch of cards to share so lets dive right in.

My first card features the beautiful Lily of the Valley Fancy Die and the essential Everyday Sentiment Strips Stamp Set and Sentiment Strips Fancy Die.

To create this card I first die cut the flowers out of white cardstock with the Lily of the Valley Fancy Dies. I then copic colored the centers and then set them aside. Next I die cut the stems out of Kiwi cardstock and the leaves out of Meadow cardstock. I then ink blended over the leaves and stems with Pine and Moss Core Inks. I then glue the flowers, leaves and stem together.

Next, I ink blended the front of an A2 top-folding card base made from Passion Flower cardstock with Thistle Reactive Ink. I then adhered the flower with foam adhesive.

Next, I stamped and white heat-embossed the Everyday Sentiment Strips Stamp Set onto Pitch Black Cardstock. I then die cut the sentiments out with the Sentiment Strips Fancy Die. I then finished the card by adhering a sentiment strip to the card front.

My next card features the Secret Garden Fancy Die, the Wonderful Day Bundle and the Everyday Sentiment Strips stamp set and die.

To create this card I first ink blended the front of an A2 top-folding white card base with Key Lime Fizz, Pool Party, Berry Smoothie and Grape Slush Reactive Inks. I then die cut an A2 panel of white cardstock with the Secret Garden Fancy Die. I then adhered the die cut to the card front with foam adhesive.

Next, I stamped and white heat-embossed a couple of butterflies from the Wonderful Day Stamp Set onto vellum. I then die cut the butterflies out with the Wonderful Day dies. Next, I adhered the butterflies to the card front with liquid glue.

Lastly, I finished the card by adhering one of my previously made Everyday Sentiment Strips to the card front with foam adhesive.

My next card features the Wonderful Day Bundle and the Color Layering Wonderful Day Stencils.

To create this card I first ink blended over a 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ panel of white card stock with the Color Layering Wonderful Day Stencils and several Hero Arts Core Inks (Pine, Moss, Cotton Candy, Azalea, Dandelion, Spicy Mustard, Passion Flower and Amethyst). I then added a drop shadow to the image with a gray copic marker and then added highlights with a white gel pen.

Next, I stamped a sentiment onto the panel in INTENS-ified Black Ink. I used my MISTI to curve the sentiment around the flowers.

Next I adhered the panel to the front of a A2 top-folding card base made from Mustard cardstock. I then ink blended a couple butterflies with the Color Layering Wonderful Day Stencils, drew antenna with a marker, and added highlights with a white gel pen. I then die cut the butterflies out with the matching dies and then finished the card by adhering them to the card front.

My last card features the Wild Columbine Bundle, the Color Layering Wild Columbine Stencils and the Petal Burst Stencil.

To create this card I first ink blended a 4″ x 5 1/2″ panel of Passion flower cardstock with Thistle Reactive Ink. I then ink blended over the panel with the Petal Burst Stencil and Unicorn White Pigment Ink. Next I adhered the panel to the front of an A2 top-folding white card base.

I then stamped the flowers from the Wild Columbine Stamp Set in INTENS-ified Black Ink onto white cardstock. Next, I ink blended over the flowers with the Color Layering Wild Columbine Stencils and several inks (Ultra Pink, Orchid, Azalea, Raspberry Jam, Grape Juice, Dandelion, Pine and Moss). 1. Dear Channin – WOW! You stole my breath with that Lily of the Valley — my mom’s favorite flower. I also love the white frame w/ the purple -to-green behind it. The Wonderful Day stencil set also looks FABULOUS!
