Waffle Flower Crafts August Release Blog Hop and Giveaway

Waffle Flower Crafts August Release Blog Hop and Giveaway

Hello friends!! Today I’m joining the celebration over at Waffle Flower Crafts for their new release!!

This release has a nice variety. There are some very cute coffee themed stamps and dies, as well as some creative speech bubble products, Christmas sets, and even some handy frame dies!!

My first card features the Sassy Speech Bubble Combo and the Speech Bubble Stencil.

To create this card I first ink blended over the front of an A2 top-folding Kraft card base with the Speech Bubble Stencil and white ink. I then repositioned the stencil but slightly off-set and ink blended with several Distress Oxides.

Next, I stamped and white heat embossed a couple of sentiments and speech bubbles from the Sassy Speech Bubble stamp set. After I heat set the sentiments, I then die cut them out with the matching dies.

Lastly, I finished the card by adhering the sentiments to the card front with foam adhesive.

My next card features the Coffee Shop Hamsters Combo, the Storefront Builder Die, and the Coffee Shop Talk Stamp Set.

To create this card I first die cut all my storefront pieces using the Storefront Builder Die out of white cardstock. I then ink blended over several of the pieces with Distress Oxides to add color. Next, I stamped several images from the Coffee Talk Hamsters stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black and then copic colored the images in. Once I had finished coloring the images I then die cut them out with the matching dies.

I then ink blended the front of an A2 top-folding white card base with a couple Distress Oxides to create a ground and a sky. Next, I trimmed down a piece of pattern paper from the Half-Half Unicorn Dots Paper Pad to create a backdrop for my store.

I then assembled my little coffee shop with my hamsters, and adhered everything to my card front. Lastly, I stamped a sentiment from the Coffee Shop Talk Stamp Set in Memento Tuxedo Black, fussy cut it out, and adhered it to the card front with foam adhesive.

Now we are moving onto to a couple holiday cards. My first one features the beautiful Poinsettia Blooms Combo.

To create this card I first stamped and black heat embossed several flowers from the Poinsettia Blooms Stamp Set onto Bristol paper. I then watercolored the images in using my Tombow Dual Brush Pens.

Once I finished coloring the images I then die cut them out with the matching dies. Next, I ink blended over a panel of pink cardstock using the Holiday Stripes Stencil. I then splattered watered down ink over the panel. When the panel had dried I then adhered it to the front of an A2 top-folding white card base.

Next, I stamped a sentiment from the Poinsettia Blooms set in black. Lastly, I finished my card by adhering my flowers to the card front with foam adhesive and adding some red gems.

My last card features the Bow Centerpiece Combo set.

To create this card I first stamped the main image from the Bow Centerpiece Stamp Set in Memento Tuxedo Black. I then copic colored the image and then die cut it out with the matching dies.

Next, I stamped a sentiment from the Labelmaker Holiday Stamp Set in black and then die cut it out with the matching die. I then trimmed down a sheet of pattern paper from the Christmas Stripes Paper Pad.

I then adhered the panel onto the front of an A2 top-folding white card base. I then finished the card by adhering my image and sentiment to my card front with foam adhesive.
