Waffle Flower Crafts October Release Blog Hop and Giveaway

Waffle Flower Crafts October Release Blog Hop and Giveaway

Hello crafty friends!! It’s time for a new Waffle Flower Crafts release!! This release got pushed back a bit but only to bring you all the awesomeness that was planned! And with all the innovative and beautiful products I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

I have several cards to share so lets dive right in!!

My first card features the Oversized Hey Hi Hello Print Dies, Butterfly Circle Die, and the Shaker Cover.

To create this card I first die cut several butterflies out of white glitter cardstock using a die from the Butterfly Circle Die set. I then trimmed down a sheet of pattern paper from JJ’s Rainbow paper pad to create an A2 panel. Next, I removed the backing on three of the tabs of the Shaker Cover and adhered them to the panel. Through the remaining open side I fed in my glittery butterflies as well as some tiny flower confetti. I then removed the last backing on the final tab of the Shaker Cover and sealed the full panel shaker shut. I then adhered the shaker panel to the front of an A2 top-folding white card base.

Next, I die cut the Butterfly Circle Die out of white cardstock and the adhered the die cut to the card front. I then die cut “hi” using a die from the Oversized Hey Hi Hello Die set out of glittery white cardstock. I then die cut a shadow layer out of vellum and then adhered the two together.

I then adhered the “hi” to the card front. Next, I stamped a sub-sentiment from the Oversized Hello Stamp Set in Antique Linen Distress Oxide onto white cardstock and then heat embossed with glitter embossing powder. I then finished the card by trimming the sub sentiment down to a strip and then adhering it to the card front.

My next card also features the Oversized Hey Hi Hello Die set as well as the sweet Twine & Bows Die set.

To create this card I first die cut several different scraps of colored cardstock with the Twine & Bows Die set. I then adhered the die cuts to a 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel of white cardstock. Next, I adhered the panel to the front of an A2 top-folding white card base.

I then die cut “hey” out of white cardstock using the Oversized Hey Hi Hello Die set. Next, I die cut a shadow layer out of vellum and then adhered the two together. I then adhered the “hey” to my card front with foam adhesive.

I then stamped and white heat embossed as sub-sentiment from the Oversized Hello Stamp Set onto gray cardstock. I then trimmed the sentiment down to a strip and finished the card by adhering the sentiment strip to the card front with foam adhesive.

My last card features the beautiful Save the Date Heart Die.

To create this card I first die cut the heart, sentiment and several flowers out of white cardstock. I then die cut more flowers out of orange pattern paper from the Half-Half Dots – Botantical Paper Pad.

I then trimmed down light pink cardstock to create a panel slightly smaller than and A2 panel. I then adhered the panels down onto an A2 top-folding white card base. Next, I adhered the die cuts to my card front with liquid adhesive.

Lastly, I finished my card by adding enamel dots to the centers of all my flowers.
