Now that we have had a good look at all the stamps and dies from this release let’s check out the cards!!

Let’s start with the Deck the Halls Set. This set was illustrated by Flora Waycott and it is so sweet and cozy. Perfect for your those holiday cards!

I created a video for this first card! Please check it out below to get all the details. Also, over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing videos for all the other cards that you see in this post so stop back in to check those out if you are interested in a thorough tutorial of a particular card.

Wintry Deck the Halls Card

Next up is the second that I created with the Deck the Halls Set.

I stamped several images from the Deck the Halls Stamp Set in VersaFine onto watercolor paper. I then colored the images in with Distress inks.

Once I had finished coloring the images I diecut them out with the matching dies. I then constructed my windowed card using the A2 Arch Window Die and the A2 Nested Domes Die.

I created the frosted window by sprinkling and heat setting white embossing powder and stamped and embossed the snowflakes from the Deck the Halls Set. I completed the card with a sentiment from the Stocking Stamp Set.

Next up is the Bouquet Builder 2 Set! I love this set illustrated by Helen Dardik. It’s perfect for coloring and painting!

I actually have a video for this card over at Simon Says Stamp’s Blog. So please head over there to check it out.

Next up is the Sketchbook Set! This sweet little set was also illustrated by Flora Waycott.

For my first card, I stamped the images in VersaFine onto Bristol paper and then colored them in with Tombow Dual Brush Pens. I did masked and stamped a second sketchbook to create a blank book.

I then diecut all the images out and adhered them onto a kraft panel cut with the largest die from the A2 Nesting Rectangles 1 Die Set. I completed the card with a sentiment from the Boutique Builder 2 Stamp Set.

For my second card, I masked and stamped 3 blank sketchbooks in VersaFine onto watercolor paper.

I then stamped the flowers from the Bouquet Builder 2 Stamp Set onto the pages of the books. I then colored them images in with Tombow Dual Brush Pens and then cut the pages out with the matching dies.

I then scored all he books along the spine and then adhered one page from each book to the other books.

I then ink blended a background with Distress Oxides (Wild Honey, Spiced Marmalade, Picked Raspberry, Candy Apple and Wilted Violet) onto an A2 panel of white cardstock cut with the A2 Nesting Rectangles 1 Die. I then added some water spots, stamped my sentiment and adhered the sketchbook.

And last but not least is the fun Rainbow Cheers Combo! This adorable Set was illustrated by Kamo!

For this card, I stamped and copic colored the cat and then die cut him out with the matching dies. I also foiled his sunglasses with Iridescent Decofoil. I then created an alcohol inked background for him to float in with Yupo paper and Sailboat Blue alcohol ink.

I then stamped a sentiment on a strip of white cardstock and adhered it and the cat to the to the alcohol inked background.

For my final card, I also started by stamping and copic coloring the cat from the Cheers Stamp set. I then created a foiled background with Decofoil Transfer Gel and Iridescent foil.

Next, I diecut a rainbow using the Rainbow Die (included in the Rainbow Cheers Combo) from white cardstock and then colored it in with my copics. I then stamped and white heat embossed the sentiment onto black cardstock. I finished the card by adhering the cat, rainbow and sentiment to the iridescent panel.
