Hello crafty friends!! It’s release day over at Pinkfresh Studio! This release is so so gorgeous! There are several new hot foil and layering stencil backgrounds that I just adore as well as several new florals and even a new alphabet die set and a hot foil sentiment set.
Today’s card features one of the new hot foil backgrounds with coordinating stencils as well as the new alphabet die set.
To create this card I first hot foiled a panel of white cardstock with the Quadrant Backdrop Hot Foil Plate in Copper Glimmer foil. Next I ink blended over the foiled panel with the Quadrant Backdrop Stencils in Royal Kiss, Lavendar, Marigold and Persimmon Pinkfresh Studio inks. I then die cut the panel with the Quadrant Backdrop die. Next I adhered the die cut panel onto an A2 panel of light purple cardstock. I then trimmed the panel down to a 4 1/8′ x 5 3/8″ panel and then adhered to the front of an A2 top-folding white card base.
Next, with the Solid Hot Foil Plate I foiled some white cardstock with the Copper foil. I then stamped and white heat embossed a sentiment from the With Sympathy stamp set onto the foiled cardstock. I then trimmed the sentiment down to a strip.
Next, I diecut the outline layer and the shadow layer for the letters LOVE out of white cardstock with the new Jeff Alpha Die Set. I then adhered the outline layer to the shadow layer and then set aside. Next, I trimmed down some vellum to create a small panel. I then adhered the letters and the sentiment strip to the vellum. Next, I adhered the vellum to the the card front.
