The first card I’m sharing features this incredible kit! Of course I couldn’t resist coloring that stunning mermaid and she quickly became the focal image of my card.

To create this card I first stamped the images in INTENS-ified Black Ink onto white cardstock. I then copic colored all my images and then die cut them out with the matching dies.

I then ink blended an A2 top-folding card base made from Paradise cardstock with Blue Raspberry, Blue Hawaii and Purple Galaxy. Next, I stamped the card front with a sentiment from the stamp set in INTENS-ified Black Ink.

I then adhered the images to the card front with foam adhesive. Lastly I finished the card by adding one of the adhesive pearls to the shellfish.
My next card features the beautiful Looking Glass Pearl Die Set.

To create this card I die cut three A2 panels of white cardstock with the three Looking Glass Pearl dies. I then ink blended the images with several Reactive Inks (Fruit Punch, Green Apple, Key Lime Fizz, Taffy, Creamsicle, Grape Slush) and Pumpkin Pie Ink. I used simple masks that I created with post-it notes and the dies to ink blend the different plants, sections of the shell and the ground different colors.

Next, I ink blended the background onto the card front of an A2 top-folding white card base with Splash, Blue Hawaii and Pumpkin Pie ink. I then adhered the three panels to the card front with foam adhesive. Next, I die cut a some holographic paper with the shell/pearl layer of the the Looking Glass Pearl Die set. Then I cut out the pearl image away from the rest of the shell, pressed the backside of the pearl with the rounded bottom of a paint brush to make the pearl appear convexed and then adhered it to the card front.

Lastly I finished the card with a stamp and white heat-embossed sentiment from the June My Monthly Hero Kit.
