Hello crafty friends!! I’m so excited to be joining Pretty Pink Posh celebrating their 8th birthday!! Today is the last day of this 3 day long blog hop celebration. If you missed the other days be sure to head over to Pretty Pink Posh’s blog to check out the incredible projects shared the first two days!
My card features the super fun Balloon Alphabet Stamp Set and coordinating cards! I love that you can personalized and customize your sentiments with alphabet stamp sets but the playful graphic of these balloon letters also allow you to make them the focal image as well!!
To create this card I first stamped all my letters in Memento Tuxedo Black and then copic colored the letters in rainbow colors. After I colored the balloons I then die cut them out with the matching dies and then added some white gel pen accents. Next, I adhered a 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ panel of light pink cardstock to the front of an A2 top-folding white card base.
I then arranged my letters over the card front and then traced where I wanted the balloon strings to go with a pencil. I then picked up the letters with a piece of press-n-seal to keep them in exactly the same spot and them set them aside.
Next, I stamped the balloon strings in Versafine Onyx Black and then erased the pencil marks. I then adhered the balloons to the card front with foam adhesive. Lastly, I finished the card by adhering white clay confetti stars from the Sugar & Spice Clay Confetti.
Pretty Pink Posh is giving away 3 $50 gift certificates (one winner each day). Winners will be picked randomly along the blog hop. Comments must be left by 11:59 PM PST on 2/16/2022. Winners will be announced on the PPP blog.
