Pretty Pink Posh September Release Blog Hop

Hello crafty friends! Today I’m joining the celebration over at Pretty Pink Posh for their September release!! This release gives me all the wonderful fall feels and I had so much fun creating these projects!!

My first card features beautiful Fall Foliage Die set and the Woodland Thanks stamp set

To create this card I first die cut several images from the Fall Foliage Die set out of white cardstock. I then ink blended over the die cuts with several distress inks (Pine Needles, Peeled Paint, Barn Door, Fossilized Amber, Scattered Straw, Spiced Marmalade, Seedless Preserves, Ground Espresso, & Rusty Hinge).

After I ink blended over the die cuts I then used micropore tape to hold the little die cut negatives in place on the mushrooms and adhered the berries to their stems. Next, I used a white gel pen to add highlights to all the die cuts. I then arranged the die cuts into a bouquet and adhered to the front of an A2 top-folding white card base with foam adhesive.

Next, I stamped and white heat-embossed a sentiment from the Woodland Thanks stamp set. I then fussy cut and the sentiments out and then finished the card by adhering them to the card front with foam adhesive.

My next card features the Woodland Thanks stamp and dies as well as the Trellis stencil.

To create this card I first stamped several images from the Woodland Thanks stamp set in Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink. Next, I copic colored the images and then die cut them out using the matching dies.

I then ink blended over an 4″ x 5 1/2″ panel of Kraft cardstock and the Trellis Stencil with Brushed Corduroy and the distress ink. Next, I ink blended the upper left and lower right corner of the panel with Brushed Corduroy. I then ink blended Bundled Sage distress ink over the right corner of the front of and A2 top-folding white card base. I then adhered the Kraft panel to the card front with foam adhesive.

Next, I stamped and white heat-embossed a sentiment from the Woodland Thanks stamp set onto orange cardstock. I then die cut the sentiment out with the matching die and then ink blended over half of it with Barn Door to create a subtle gradient. Next, I stamped and white heat-embossed a sub-sentiment onto Kraft cardstock and then trimmed down to a strip. Lasty, I finished the card by adhering the sentiments and die cuts to the card front with foam adhesive.
