Waffle Flower Crafts June Release Blog Hop and Giveaway

Waffle Flower Crafts June Release Blog Hop and Giveaway

Hello friends!! It’s that time again!! Time for a new Waffle Flower Crafts release!! This release is seriously the best!! If you love rainbows like me this release has you covered!!

I have a bunch of cards to share so let’s jump right in!

My first card features the awesome new Oversized Rainbow Word Die and the Quilt Hexagon Panel Die.

To create this card I first watercolored a rainbow background and then die cut it with the Quilt Hexagon Panel Die. I then adhered the panel to the front of an A2 top-folding white card base but I repositioned all the hexagon negative pieces.

I then created a sentiment with the Oversized Rainbow Combo using black and halographic cardstock. I finished the card by adhering the sentiment to the card front.

My next card features Rainbow Circle Die, the Rotating Rays Stencil, the Rotating Sunburst Stencil and the Labelmaker Rainbows Combo.

To create this card I first ink blended the background with several distress ink colors using the Rotating Rays Stencil and the Rotating Sunburst Stencil to completely cover the front of an A2 top-folding white card base. When I finished ink blending my card front I then die cut three rainbow circles out of white cardstock stacked and adhered them together.

Next I die cut a circle of vellum and adhered it to the back side of the stacked rainbow circle and then adhered it to the card front. I then stamped a sentiment from the Labelmaker Rainbows Combo set in Versafine ink and finished the card by adhering the sentiment to the card front.

My next card features the Duo-tone Stars Stencil, the Unicorns Combo and the Labelmaker Rainbows Combo.

To create this card I first created a foiled background using the Duo-tone Stars Stencil, Thermoweb Transfer Gel and Holographic foil over a panel of Bristol paper. I then watercolored the background with Tombow Dual Brush Pens and when it was dry I adhered it to the front of an A2 top-folding white card base. Next, I stamped, copic colored, and die cut a pair of unicorns from the Unicorns Combo Set.

I also stamped a bunch of stars, copic colored them, and then die cut them out as well. I then created my sentiment with the Labelmaker Rainbows Combo and die cut it out with the matching die. I then finished my card by adhering all my images and sentiment to the card front with foam adhesive.

My next card I features the Rustic Rainbow Stencil and the Get Well Combo.

To create this card I first ink blended the rainbow with several Distress inks over a 3 3/4″ x 5″ panel of white cardstock. I first ink blended the rainbow in warm colors and then flipped the rainbow and blended it in cool colors. I then adhered the panel to the front of an A2 top-folding white card base.

Next, I stamped and white heat embossed a sentiment from the Get Well Stamp Set onto gray cardstock. I then trimmed the sentiment down to a strip and adhered it to the card front with foam adhesive.

My last cards are a trio of mini slimline cards featuring the Outlined Rainbow Die, Slimline Cloud Stencil, and the Oversized Rainbow Combo.

I started these cards by die cutting five scraps of colored cardstock and glittery gold cardstock with the Outlined Rainbow Die. I then created one rainbow using the gold outline and five colored arches.

Next, I ink blended a stormy background using the Slimline Cloud Stencil and Distress Ink over a panel of gray cardstock. I then adhered the panel to a mini slimline card base. Next, I stamped and gold heat embossed a sentiment from the Oversized Rainbow Stamp Set onto black cardstock. I then adhered the sentiment and the rainbow to the card front to create my first card.

For my next card I created several rainbows from the remaining arches and adhered them to a panel. I then trimmed off any overhang and then adhered the panel to the front of a mini slimline card base. Next, I created a stacked sentiment out of black cardstock and vellum using the Oversized Rainbow Word Die. I then stamped and gold heat embossed a couple of sentiment strips using the Oversized Rainbow Stamp Set. Lastly, I finished the card by adhering my sentiment to the card front.

For my last card I first adhered the remaining colored rainbow outlines to the front of a mini slimline card base. I then created a stack sentiment out of glittery gold cardstock and vellum using the Oversized Rainbow Word Die. I also created a gold embossed sentiment strip using the Oversized Rainbow Stamp Set. I then finished the card by adhering all my sentiment parts to the card front.
