Pinkfresh Studio May Essentials Release and Blog Hop

Hello friends!! Today the new Essentials collections from Pinkfresh Studio is now available!! This release has some truly “essential” dies and I am so excited to share them with you!!

I created a couple of cards with these new products so let’s dive right on in!

My first card features the Blanket Stitched Circle Die Set.

To create this card I first created a rainbow watercolored panel with Tombow Dual Brush Pens on an A2 panel of Bristol Smooth paper. I then die cut the panel with the two Blanket Stitched Circle Dies. Next, I die cut two layers of white craft foam with the same dies to create the dimension for my shaker.

I then adhered the panel, the smaller circle and the two craft foam rings onto the front of an A2 top-folding white card base. I then die cut a piece of acetate with the larger circle die and adhered the Bristol ring on top. Next, I filled my shaker with clear gems and then adhered the acetate/bristol circle on top.

I then stamp, gold heat embossed and die cut a sentiment with the Perfect Sentiments Stamp Set and matching dies. Lastly I finished the card by adhering the sentiment to the card front with foam adhesive.

My next card features the Mini Slimline Essentials Bundle Set and the Essentials Mini Slimline Envelope Set.

To create this card I first stamped and gold heat embossed two butterflies from the Butterflies Stamp Set onto Bristol Smooth paper. I then watercolored the images with Tombow Dual Brush Pens.

I then watercolored the bodies of the butterflies with gold Gansai Tambi watercolor. I then die cut a panel with the largest die from the Mini Slimline Essentials Bundle Set out of white cardstock. I then adhered the panel onto a mini slimline card base and then splattered gold paint.

When the panel had dried I then adhered the butterflies and a sentiment I created out of vellum and white cardstock with the Lots of Love Die Set. Lastly, I finished the card with some clear crystals. I also made a matching mini slimline envelope with the new Essentials Mini Slimline Envelope Set and a sheet of pattern paper from the Keeping it Real paper pack.
