Hero Arts May My Monthly Hero Countdown

Hero Arts May My Monthly Hero Countdown

Hello friends!! Welcome to day 2 of the May My Monthly Hero Countdown!! How much are you loving all these projects so far, aren’t they amazing!!

I’m sure by now you can tell that there is a tropical underwater theme to this month’s kit. ❤️I my heart is aching to travel again especially to Hawaii and I had so much fun traveling there in my mind with today’s card.

To create this card I first stamped the front of an A2 top-folding card base made from Lapis cardstock with the coral reef stamp rom the kit’s stamp set in Navy Shadow Ink. I then stamped a shell and star fish in Navy to balance the scene.

Next, I stamped several fish in INTENS-ified Black Ink onto Dove White cardstock and then colored the images in with copics. Once I had finished coloring the fish, I then die cut them out with the matching dies. Next, I adhered the fish to the front of the card and then finished the car by stamping a sentiment tin Navy.

I hope you enjoyed my card!! Be sure to stop by again on Monday, May 3rd to see the whole kit and check out the inspirational blog hop!!!

The different types and colors of fish are visually appealing and I really like it! I also like the punny sentiment you chose!
