Hero Arts April My Monthly Hero Countdown

Hero Arts April My Monthly Hero Countdown

Hello friends!!! Welcome to the last day of the countdown for the April Hero Arts My Monthly Hero Kit!! I love love LOVE this kit!! The geometric theme has my CAS heart all aflutter!!

Today I have a pair of cards to share using this awesome kit!

To create these cards I first stamped the three flowers from the kit’s stamp set repeatedly in several Hero Arts inks (Taffy, Cotton Candy, Fruit Punch, Tangerine, Citrine, Lemond Drop, Key Lime Fizz, Green Apple, Cornflower, Blue Hawaii) onto the front of two A2 top-folding white card bases. For one card I stamped the flowers in a row and for the second card I stamped the flowers in a circle.

After I stamped the flowers, I then stamped two butterflies in INTENS-ified Black Ink and then die cut it out with the matching die. Next, I trimmed Dove White cardstock down to create a 1 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ strip and A2 panel (4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″) and then die cut the panel with a circle die.

I then stamped a sentiment from the stamp set in INTENS-ified Black Ink onto the strip and circle A2 panel. Lastly, I finished the cards by adhering them an the butterflies to the crad fronts with foam adhesive.

I hope you enjoyed my cards!! Thank you so much for stopping by!!
