Hello friends!! Today I’m sharing a video for a bold and graphic single layer card I created with the lighthouse stencil from Waffle Flower Crafts’ Stencil-n-Stamp: Lighthouse Set. To create this card, I started with an A2 top-folding card base made from Neenah Solar White Cardstock and the lighthouse stencil from the Stencil-n-Stamp: Lighthouse Set. I positioned the beam of light portion of the stencil over the card front and then ink blended with Peach Fuzz ink.
I then cleaned my stencil, positioned it again over the card front, this time slightly overlapping the peach and then ink blended in Coral Reef. I repeated this process with three more colors of ink (Candy Violet, Regal Kiss, Storm) and until the entire front was covered.
When I finished the background I then stamped the top half of the card front with main image from the Crocus Stamp Set in VersaFine Onyx black using my MISTI. I then flipped the card around and then stamped the bottom. Lastly, I finished the card by stamping a sentiment from the Herb Silhouettes Stamp Set.
