Rabbit Hole Designs & My Sweet Petunia Collaboration

Hello friends!! Today I’m joining Rabbit Hole Designs and My Sweet Petunia in a fun collaboration!! And to top it off both companies are giving away a $50 certificate!!

I had so much fun creating today’s birthday themed projects with some of the brand new products from Rabbit Hole Designs!! These new products were just screaming pastel rainbow, so how could I resist!!

Let’s start with the ink blended heart card. To create this card, I positioned the Open Heart Stencil over a 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ panel of white cardstock. I then ink blended over the panel with several Distress Oxides (Worn Lipstick, Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, Cracked Pistachio, Tumbled Glass, & Shaded Lilac).

I then stamped a sentiment with the Scripty Happy Birthday and Sassy Birthday 2 Stamp Set in Versafine Onyx Black Ink. I then finished the card by adhering the panel onto an A2 top-folding white card base.

For my second card, I first stamped the cake from the NEW Just Cake Stamp Set onto Bristol paper in Fadeout Ink. I then no-line watercolored the image in with Tombow Dual Brush Pens (723, 933, 062, 243, 553, & 603). When I had finished coloring the image I then fussy cut it out and then glitter gel to some of the frosting.

Next, I adhered an 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel of white cardstock to the front of an A2 top-folding white card base and then stamped a sentiment from the Sassy Birthday 2 Stamp Set. Lastly I finished the card by adhering the cake with foam tape to the card front.

I hope you enjoyed my cards! Thank you so much for stopping by and be sure to head over to Rabbit Hole Designs and My Sweet Petunia to learn more about the giveaways!!

  1. Aren’t these the cutest! Such sweet cards! I love my Misti and would love to win to get another one! Thanks for the generosity of both companies!

  2. Your work is beautiful Channin. Not a big fan of further promoting vulgarity in our society so won’t be supporting this release.

  3. Love the rainbow colors, both very nice cards. That cake would have also been cute on that radiating rainbow heart background too

  4. Fantastic card! I love that cake with the no-line coloring… looks good enough to eat! LOL! The heart stenciled card is super cute…. such pretty colors. Thank you for the inspiration!
