Pinkfresh Studio December 2020 Stencil & Die Release Blog Hop

Hello friends!! It’s time for a new Pinkfresh Studio release!! Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, they have gone and done it again with another incredible release!! This month’s release features a ton of beautiful new stencils and dies that you are sure to have a hard time picking a favorite.

My first card highlights the stunning and brilliant Seamless Floral Panel Stencil.

To create this card ink blended over the base leaf layer from the Seamless Floral Panel Stencil set with Aquamarine and Tidal Pond onto an A2 panel of light pink cardstock. I then ink blended over the smaller flower stencil with Coral Reef and Passion Fruit to create pink flowers. I then ink blended over the large flower stencil with Apricot and Clementine to create the orange flowers. Next, I ink blended the center of the flowers with Persimmon and the remaining petals on this stencil with either my pink or orange flower combo.

I then dried my panel throughly with heat gun, applied anti-static powder it, and then ink blended with Versamark Ink over the stencil for the leaf veins. I then poured gold embossing powder over my panel and then heat set with my heat tool. Next I trimmed my panel down 1/8″ on both vertical sides of my panel and then adhered it onto an A2 top-folding white card base.

Next, I die cut three “sending” out of white cardstock using the Phrase Builder: Sending Die set. I then pressed my Versamark ink pad over the bottom half of one of the “sending” and then gold heat embossed it. Next, I adhered all the “sending” together with the embossed one on top and then adhered it to my card front. I then created my sub-sentiment by stamping and gold heat embossing a sentiment from the Floral Vase Stamp Set onto a scrap of mirrored gold cardstock. I trimmed the sentiment down to a strip and then finished my card by adhering it to my card front.

My next card features the super useful Cloud Builder Stencil!

To create this card I first, ink blended the cloudy background using the Cloud Builder Stencil and Ocean Breeze ink over the front of a white slimline card base. I then die cut the letters to spell “rainbow” out of white cardstock and white craft foam using Lea’s Ornate Lowercase Die Set.

I then removed the outline and then ink blended over the cardstock letters with several dye inks (Coral Reef, Apricot, Lemon Whip, Key Lime, Meadow, Summer Shower, and Soft Lilac). Next, I placed the outlines back around the letters positioned them over my card front, picked them up with a long strip of tape when I got them in a good position and then adhered the foam letters to the backside.

I then stamped my sub-sentiment with using the Simply Sentiment: Hello stamp set in Rocky Slope. I then finished the card by adhering my “rainbow” to the card front.

And that’s it! I hope you enjoyed my cards! Be sure to check out the hop link and giveaway info below. šŸ™‚
