My first card features the Happy Gnomes Combo Set illustrated by the talent Liz Mytinger! I will have a video for this card this Wednesday, July 6th.

To create this card I first stamped several images from the Happy Gnome Stamp Set in VersaFine Onyx Black onto Bristol paper. I then watercolored the images in with Tombow Dual Brush Pens. Once I finished coloring in the images, I then die cut them out with the matching dies. Next, I created a simple mask by fussy cutting a slope out of contact paper.

I then ink blended the front of an A2 top-folding card base with the mask and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide to create the look of snow slopes. Next, I thoroughly dried my card front and then stamped and sliver heat embossed a sentiment from the Classic Holiday Sentiments Stamp Set. I then finished the card by adhering all the images with liquid glue.

My next card features the adorable Holly Bird Combo illustrated by Big Bear and Bird! A video for this card will be available July 11th.

To create this card I first stamped the image on Bristol paper in Versafine Onyx Black and then watercolored the image in with Tombow Dual Brush Pens. Next, I die cut the bird out with the matching die. I then die cut a sheet of pattern paper from the Unicorn Half-Half Lines paper pad with the new Nesting Hexagon Die Set to create a frame. I then used the same set of hexagon dies to die cut white craft foam twice to create two dimensional frames.

Next, I trimmed down another sheet of pattern paper from the Unicorn Half-Half Lines paper pad to create a 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ panel and adhered it onto an A2 top-folding white card base. I then adhered the two craft foam frames, one on top of the other, onto the card front. I then adhered the bird inside and then added foam balls into the well of the shaker. Next, I die cut a piece of acetate with a hexagon die and then adhered the pattern paper frame on top and then adhered both onto the card front. I then finished the card with a white heat embossed sentiment stamped onto black cardstock.

My next card features the beautiful Poinsettia Combo Set illustrated by Karla Jodoin!

I first stamped and gold heat embossed several images from the Poinsettia Stamp Set on Bristol paper. I then watercolored the images in with Tombow Dual Brush Pens and then die cut them out with the matching dies when I had finished. Next, I die cut the Oversized Peace Word Die three times out of white cardstock.

I then adhered all three on top of each other and then pressed the stack die cut into a Versamark pad and then heat embossed it in gold. I then stamped and gold heat embossed a sub-sentiment from the Oversized Peace Stamp Set onto an A2 panel made from maroon cardstock. Next, I adhered the panel onto an A2 top-folding cardbase made from white cardstock and then finished the card by adhering the rest of my die cuts.

And my last card features the fun Fa-la-la Combo Set illustrated by Liz Mytinger!

WFC202007_.420021Fa-la-la_Channin1

For this card, I first stamped the sheep and the light post in Versafine Onyx Black onto Bristol paper. I then watercolored the images in with Tombow Dual Brush Pens and then die cut them out with the matching dies. Next, I ink blended an A2 panel of white cardstock with Tumbled Glass, Salty Ocean, and Blueprint Sketch Distress Inks. I then dried my panel throughly and then stamped and white heat embossed some snowflakes. Next, I stamped a sentiment (this set will be release in August) in Versafine Onyx Black and embossed in clear glittery embossing powder.

I then die cut the panel with the frame die from the Cozy Cabin Die set as well as blue craft foam and then adhered the two together. I then die cut three trees out of white cardstock using the a tree from the Cozy Cabin Die set and ink blended them with Peeled Paint and Lucky Clover Distress Ink. Next, I adhered the panel and dimensional frame onto the front of an A2 top-folding card base. I then adhered the trees and then finished the card by adhering the sheep and light post with foam squares.

And that’s it! I hope you enjoyed my cards for this release!
