Waffle Flower Crafts May Release and Blog Hop

Hello friends!! It’s time for a new Waffle Flower Crafts Release!! To celebrate Waffle Flower is hosting a blog hop and GIVEAWAY!!

There are so many wonderful new products in this release and I can’t wait to share my cards to let’s just jump right in!!!!

My first card features the fun Hola Mexico Combo illustrated by Kamo!

To create this card I first stamped several images from the Hola Mexico Stamp Set in Memento Tuxedo Black. I then copic colored them images and then die cut them out with the matching dies.

• Orange: Y17 + YR04
• Light Pink: RV11 + RV13
• Dark Pink: RV34 + R85
• Yellow: Y11 + Y02 + Y06
• Green: YG03 + G43 + YG67
• Blue: B32 + B23
• Skin: E31 + E33
• Hair: E37 + E29
• Shoes: C-5 + C-7
• White: BG10

 

I then trimmed a sheet of pattern paper from the JJ’s Rainbows Paper Pad down to an A2 panel and adhered it onto an A2 top-folding card base.

Next I stamped a sentiment and then die cut a frame with the Rainbow Panel Die out of white cardstock. I then finished the card by adhering the frame and images with foam squares.

My next couple of cards features the Home Brew Combo designed by JJ Bolton.

To create these cards, I first die cut the body of the drink out off white cardstock and then ink blended to create the look of different styles of beer. Next, I die cut the glass out of vellum and then adhered the ink blended beers and heads over the vellum glasses.

To created the bottle, I first ink blended the bottle and then stamped the label in black ink. Next, I die cut the bottom top out of gold cardstock and then adhered them together. I then adhered the cups onto panels (4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ ) of Kraft cardstock and then adhered the panels onto A2 top-folding card bases made from black cardstock. I then finished the cards with either a stamp sentiment or a white heat embossed sentiment.

And my last card features the adorable Be a Panda Die and Be Accessories Die.

To create this card I first die cut the panda out of white cardstock. I then ink blended the black sections of the panda with Black Soot Distress Oxide and copic colored the inside of the ears.

Next I added Micropore Tape to the backside of the panda and inlaid the diecuts. I then die cut glasses and a bow tie with the Be Accessories Die out of pattern paper.  Next, I added a layer of craft foam to the panda and the accessories and then adhered them together.

I then adhered an A2 panel of pattern paper onto an A2 card base. Next, I stamped a sentiment from the Be Him Stamp Set in black and then finished the card by adhering the  panda.
