Liquid Watercolors with Emboss Resist

First, I stamped and heat embossed the background using the Grateful Stamp Set on an A2 panel of watercolor paper. I then stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from the Bold Sentiments Stamp Set on a vellum.
Next, I trimmed the watercolor panel down a quarter inch and trimmed the vellum down to create strip. Finished the card by adhering the panel and the vellum to an A2 top-folding card base.
