Hello all and welcome to Waffle Flower Craft’s Spring 2018 Release Blog Hop!! Yay!! This is a large and fabulous release and I have lots of cards to share so let’s drive right on in!!

I’m going to separate my cards by illustrator and I’ll start with the immensely talent and super kind (I got to meet her 😊) Helen Dardik! There are 4 gorgeous sets by Helen in this release, adding to her Enveloper series; Enveloper Coffee, Enveloper Hugs, Enveloper Me, & Enveloper Gentle.

CC1E41A9-BD25-48EF-BF7E-3449ED6F9A67

I used the main image from the Enveloper Hugs Stamp Set and stamped it in Salty Ocean Distress Ink.

82DF35F3-1B59-4C90-9020-225CD0D492E7

I then simply reactived the ink once it was stamped with water and a paint brush.

111EBF7B-8BF2-4616-A5EB-6A48633FB834

For this card I used the Enveloper Me Stamp Set mainly. I stamped the girl and enveloper from the Enveloper Me Stamp Set in Memento Tuxedo Black onto the card front. I then stamped flowers from the Enveloper Me & Enveloper Hugs stamp sets in a rainbow of Waffle Flower dye inks (My Pleasure, Oh Happy Day, You Said That, Chirp Chirp, Me Fish in Pond, Daydreaming, & Happy Go Lucky).

74541ED0-9489-4543-9C44-AB6FA8A5268B

I finished up by stamping the girl again on a scrap of white cardstock then diecutting her out with the matching die and adhering her and a white embossed sentiment to the front.

8E58E3B8-5A5F-4F65-8F74-C738D49BB236

For this sweet card I stamped a rainbow background with Waffle Flower dye ink (Tickled Pink, My Pleasure, Oh Happy Day, You Said That, Chirp Chirp, Me Fish in Pond, Daydreaming, Happy Go Lucky, & Safe Choice) with the Plaid Play Stamp Set. I then stamped the tiger and sentiment from the Enveloper Gentle Stamp Set in Versafine Onyx Black and die cut the tiger with the matching die and reattached him with foam tape.

Next up is the amazing Flora Waycott!! Flora has 2 sets in this release; Tea Party & Flora Home.

87A4FFAA-B10E-43E2-88E7-1389CE2DB003

I used the Flora Home Stamp Set to decorate the Pop-up House Die cut outs.

DF76E5B8-2352-4426-AA7E-194DF3637524

The sentiment is also from the Flora Home Stamp Set.

After Flora we will move onto Big Bear and Bird. Bug Bear and Bird has four sets this release, Spring Time, Summer Time , Autumn Time , & Winter Time.

FF1DF9EA-AC9C-447C-B33D-DD0937485253

I stamped and copic colored several images from the Spring Time Stamp Set and then cut them out with the matching dies.

1D73557D-627F-4950-91D7-F6EBC751AF2A

I made a circle frame using the new Nesting Circle Dies 2.

5CCD957D-AA9F-4CF2-94CB-909E42AB4107

For this card I also stamped and copic colored several images from the Summer Time Stamp Set. Once colors I cut out the images with the matching dies and adhered them onto my card front. The sentiment however is from the Stitched Cacti Stamp Set.

76148E02-EF1B-44EF-A009-484E386F4F71

Next up is this card I created with the Winter Time Stamp Set. I stamped and copic colored several images from the set and the die cut them out with the matching dies.

58D1725B-2659-44E9-845B-D635A71C1262

I then created a frame and terrarium top and base with the A2 Nested Dome Die. I then stamped and colored a background. Next I stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from the A Homemade Christmas Stamp Set onto the background, then arranged all the images over it, and covered up all loose ends with the terrarium frame.

Next up is Liz Mytinger! Liz illustrated two sets for this release; Grow Happiness & Limo Ride.

AF694271-26D3-419F-8888-49182111B5B0

I actually created two cards using the Grow Happiness Stamp Set. First up is the card in which I also used the new Apartment Builder Die and the A2 Grid Panel Die to construct this sweet scene.

450D7C75-53B8-45CC-99F0-8C5DA88C5010

I filled the scene with images from the Grow Happiness Stamp Set which I copic colored and die cut with the matching dies. The sentiment was created with the Perfect Word Die and the In Everyway Stamp Set.

3204CF0A-0D3D-4C08-AAF3-BDA59DD6A1DC

For my second card, I also stamped and copic colored the images from the Grow Happiness Stamp Set but this time I arranged them in and around a grid die cut created using the new 9 Grids Die.

A07F54D5-B601-4542-A3B2-049189836181.jpeg

I actually stamped the rainbow pattern on the grid using the Plaid Play Stamp Set and several Waffle Flower dye inks (Tickled Pink, My Pleasure, Oh Happy Day, You Said That, Chirp Chirp, Me Fish in Pond, Daydreaming, Happy Go Lucky).

1F3BFD44-4582-4BE9-95CD-7B76EEA9D028

Next up is the Limo Ride Stamp Set. For this card I simply stamped and copic colored several the images from the Limo Ride Stamp Set, die cut them with the matching dies, and then arranged them onto a coral A2 card base.

Next up is Waffle Flower’s newest illustrator Kamo!! Kamo has 10 sets in this release and they are all amazing; Level Up, Tu-Tu Cute, Wish, Toadally, Hoppy, Pencil In, Jungle Birthday, Hello, Biking Girls, & Floating Boys.

FBAE49E5-7A5D-4FD0-987D-513F67307F8F

First up is the fun pull tab card using the Tu-Tu Cute Stamp Set. I used the Pull Tabs Die create the pull tab and track for the ballerina.

04322AC9-F73C-4903-B555-80801BA43F57

I used the new A2 Nesting Rectangles 1 Die to create the opening in the front panel.

218F6FA4-87AA-48DD-9818-AED030C29C54

And I copic colored the ballerina and curtain and cut them out using the matching dies.

7822D39A-BCFD-49DC-85EF-15D888EF9F94

Next up is the Pencil In Stamp Set. I started by stamping and copic coloring several images from the Pencil In Stamp Set.

7A3B4AAD-6D63-40CD-9D6C-8BDDA93F6BC4

I then cut out the images with the matching dies and then arranged then in and around a grid panel die cut using the A2 Grid Panel Die. I also ink blended behind the panel with a rainbow of inks.

0622443D-754B-4832-8C41-F12B1028F948

I also made this sweet card using Kamo’s Hoppy Stamp Set and matching dies. I ink blended a little scene, stamped a sentiment, and then cut the panel using the Lacy Layers Die.

BE32CCD5-8AF7-40CC-BB29-310802D903B1

Next, I simply popped the lacy panel up with craft foam and then adhered all the images I copic colored onto the card front.

Last up is the two new sentiment stamp sets; Embroidered Greetings and Folded Happy.

01DECB44-CE75-4002-B356-9EBE40B53224

For this card I simply ink blended a rainbow of Waffle Flower inks (My Pleasure, Oh Happy Day, You Said That, Chirp Chirp, Me Fish in Pond, Daydreaming, & Happy Go Lucky) onto an A2 panel. I then stamped and white heat embossed “Friend” from the Embroidered Greetings Stamp Set.

5FF5FED5-EE51-4564-AF48-D4E79D0B9444

Then stamped and white embossed the rest of the sentiment onto a strip of black cardstock then adhered it to the card front with foam tape.

552ABA38-CD73-4F51-9894-F522A4120E63

And last but not least are these two cards I created with the Folded Happy Stamp Set.

A5536DAE-9EC8-4D75-A9AC-FFF81EDAEC5D

For this his card, I simply stamped “Happy” repeatedly in Waffle Flower Inks (My Pleasure, Oh Happy Day, You Said That, Chirp Chirp, Me Fish in Pond, Daydreaming, & Happy Go Lucky).

4B43B285-0E47-444D-A0E6-40DFDA8667F5

I then stamped it again and “Birthday” in VersaFine Onyx Black. Next I cut and adhered strips of holographic paper inside the “happy”.

6FD9CBCD-FF5C-4483-A6DA-D72B01E669AA

And for this final card I ink blended the same assortment of inks using a contact paper mask.

0C3FEB97-A518-40F1-A5C1-191DAC6FC036

I then stamped the sentiment from the Folded Happy Stamp Set and then once again cut and adhered strips of holographic paper inside the “happy”.

I hope enjoyed! Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of the hop!

  52. I absolutely love each and every card that you made. The fact that almost every card you made uses my favorite color in the whole wide world, yellow, has me smiling from CT to CA. They are all so very colorful and I love each and every one of them. Do I have a fave? You bet I do! I love the one that says Plant Dreams. Not only is it as colorful as I am sometimes, but it has flowers and plants on it. Every year I plant flowers and veggies from seeds. I love how it looks when they come up. However, for the past 3 years or so we have mutant ninja squirrels who love to dig everything up and ruin my garden. When I win and I get the set with the flowers and plants in it, I can stamp as many as I want and those mutant ninja squirrels can’t dig them up and ruin them. I am loving that! Now if only I could do that outside.
Thanks for showing us all the colorful and amazing cards that were created and for giving us the chance to win something.
