Waffle Flower Crafts Late Fall Release

Waffle Flower Crafts Late Fall Release

Hello everyone! I’m so excited today because Waffle Flower’s newest release is now available and I have been so fortunate to be included in  this awesome blog hop to celebrate! And of course what kind of blog hop would this be if there weren’t any PRIZES to giveaway! Plus there is also a special promotion so make sure to check out the end of the post to see all the details on the giveaway and promotion!

Moving right along, I have a lot of cards to share so let’s just dive right on in shall we! 😁

First up is the beautiful new Stitched Peonies Stamp Set with matching dies. This is such a stunning layering set. I used 3 shades of pink ink for the peonies (Memento Rose Bud, Distress Oxide Worn Lipstick & WF Tickled Pink) and 2 shades of green (Memento Pear Tart & Bamboo Leaves) with the rock-n-roll technique for the leaves and stems.

After I stamped the flower, I die cut them with the matching dies and finished the panel by embossing with the Patched Layers Die. The sentiment is from the Balloon Messages Stamp Set.

This next card is very similar, I just used different ink colors (Distess Oxide Abandon Coral, Distress Oxide Spiced Marmalade, Distress Oxide Wild Honey, Distress Oxide Candied Apple, Distress Oxide Picked Raspberry, Distress Oxide Worn Lipstick) for the flowers and embossed panel with a die from the Pinking Layers Die

I just love how different the flowers can look simply by changing the colors of the inks or the order of the shades (light, medium, & dark). Also the cute sentiment is from the Stitched Peonies Stamp Set as well.

Next up is the awesome new A2 Window Shutters Die, A2 Arch Window Die and the Enveloper Listen Stamp Set and matching dies! To make this card I started with a 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ blue card base which I scored and folded at 2″ x 2″1/8″ on either side of the base to create a card that opens with two folds and allows for the thickness of the dimensional window I will add layer. I then adhered 2 shutters on both of the card bases flaps by sandwiching the card base with the shutters. Next, I diecut 2 windows out of white card stock and adhered vellum between the two windows.

I then trimmed the long side of the window just a hair with and xacto knife and added a craft foam window and then trimmed the foam to match the cardstock window. I then stamped and copic colored images from the Enveloper Listen Stamp Set then diecut the images with the matching dies. I then adhered the window into the card, added the girl, and finished the card off with some greenery diecuts made from the A2 Arch Windows Die and some more images from the Enveloper Listen Stamp Set

Next up is another card using the Enveloper Listen Stamps Set and matching dies as well as the new A2 Nested Domes Dies. First, I diecut a dome from a 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel of white cardstock and the base and handle from some gray woodgrain patterned paper. I then stamped and copic colored some images from the Enveloper Listen Stamp Set and then diecut them with the matching dies

Next, I adhered some twine to the backside of the large bird. Then I adhered the panel onto a blue A2 card base with foam tape and sandwiched the twine onto base. I then adhered the other diecuts and images and lastly added my sentiment from the Enveloper Listen Stamp Set but I stamped inside a banner from the Across the Miles Stamp Set

For this card I used the A2 Nested Domes again. I first diecut a dome from vellum and diecut the base and handle from the same gray woodgrain pattern paper that I used previously. I then created a little moss mound using a larger dome die.

Next, I stamped and watercolored all the mushrooms from the new Home Made Stamp Set then diecut them out with the matching dies. This set was designed by Flora Waycott and just love her loose bohemian style. I then adhered the mushrooms, mound, base and handle to the vellum dome and then stamped my sentiment which is from the Pretty Wings Stamp Set. Lastly, I adhered the dome to the green A2 card base with strips of foam tape.

Next up is another card I made using the goregous Home Made Stamp Set, this card however has a very different feel. I just adore the vintage looking casserole dishes and fondue pots in this set. I truly love everything that Flora Waycott creates!

For this card I simply stamped and white embossed the sentiment from the Home Made Stamp Set on an A2 gray card base. I then adhered 2 casserole dishes which I stamped and white heat embossed on scraps of colored cardstock then cut out with the matching dies

Next up is some more of those beautiful dishes from the Home Made Stamp Set but this time I combined them with the new and totally amazing Layer Woodgrain Stamp Set! First I stamped the woodgrain on an A2 white card base with two shades of gray ink (WF Like a Pro & Distress Oxide Iced Spruce).

I then stamped and white heat embossed several dishes on scraps of colored cardstock then diecut them out with the matching dies. Lastly I adhered the together then onto the card front with foam tape and also my sentiment which is from the new Drink to That Stamp Set

This card was made using the fun Grab a Bite Stamp Set by Mike Lowery! I first stamped almost all the images from this set in Versafine Onyx Black on an A2 panel made from Bristol paper.

I then watercolored all the images and the background and when it was dry I adhered it to an A2 white card base. Lastly I adhered the sent which is again from the new Drink to That Stamp Set, also designed by Mike Lowery, onto the card front.

And for my final card I used the Grab a Bite Stamp Set. I stamped this cute hamburger guy on a white A2 card base.

I then stamped the candle, from the Lily and Friends Stamp Set onto the hamburger and then colored the image with my alcohol markers. Lastly I stamped my sentiment, from the On My Mark Stamp Set, underneath to finish this card off!

  7. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! For listing the ink pad colors you used on your peonies, I struggle so at time with these layering stamps and the right colors. The card is fab. I cannot wait to get this stamp set and use it for my lil community of vintage pyrex collectors (yes there are some of us that crazy, LOL)
