Hello everyone!! I hope you all are having a wonderful Friday!! 😁 As promised I have more cards to share today using stamps and dies from Waffle Flower Crafts’ Winter 2017 Release!
This release contains several stamp sets designed by two very talented illustrators, Big Bear & Bird and Helen Dardik. Yesterday I shared all the cards I made using the stamp sets designed by Helen Dardik, so today I’m sharing my cards using the sets designed by Big Bear & Bird!
First up is the super cute set, Bear and Bird!
Isn’t this just so so adorable!! For this card I simply stamped images from the Bear and Bird stamp set in memento tuxedo black and then colored the images in with my copics! With images this cute you don’t need to do much more than that!
For this second card I got creative with the bear and removed the bird and then added a hat and a camera. I also create a girl bear by removing the bird and adding a flower and a bouquet! And like the previous card, I simply colored my images in with copics and then adhered them to my card base.
Next up is the cheeky Hey Girl Stamp Set!
For this card, I first cut a 5×7 panel using the new Lacy Layers 5×7 dies, my most FAVORITE dies ever because I have been wanting Set of stitched rectangle dies for 5×7 cards for so so so long! I can’t tell you how happy these dies make me!!
After I cut my panel I cut a square out using the Doily Square Die. I then stamped, copic colored, and die cut images from the Hey Girl stamp set. Next, I cut some leaves using the new Greenery Dies, which are beyond awesome by the way, from some green cardstock. I then colored the leaves with my copic.
Next I ink blended Chirp Chirp, New Fish in Pond and Daydreaming dye inks on my card base and then adhered my panel onto my card based with foam tape. I then arranged and adhered my stamped images and die cut leaves. Lastly, I stamped and white embossed a sentiment on a strip of black cardstock and adhered it to my card!
For this card, I stamped the sloth with the cake on a rectangle cut using the Pinking Layer Dies. I then colored him with my copics and adhered the rectangle to my card base. Next I stamped the banner and added cupcakes and my sentiment inside. I then too colored these with my copics and fussy cut them out. Lastly, I used my hole punch to punch the corners of my banners, strung some twine through, and then adhered everything onto my card!
And last up is the sweet Popping In Stamp Set.
First, I stamped my images, copic colored them, and then die cut then using the coordinating die set. I then masked off a portion of my card base and then blended Coffee Love Milk dye ink. I then stamped my sentiment, created a frame using Lacy Layers 2 dies, and then adhered all my element onto my base.
My second card is very similar to my first. I also stamped and copic colored my images. This time however I did a little masking and created a little boy bunny using the onesie and the forward facing bunny.
I hope you enjoyed today’s cards. Tomorrow I’ll have even more goodies to share with you all! Have a wonderful day!
